  • The Set Shop sizing
    We want to make sure you feel confident & comfortable in your set! Our fit & sizing recommendations for each set are written on the individual product descriptions. Be sure to review that info before adding to cart. These charts include measurements for various body parts, such as bust, waist, and hips. We recommend comparing your measurements with the size chart to select the appropriate size. If you're typically in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more accurate fit.   • When will my order ship & when will I receive it?
    We prioritize fast shipping to ensure your orders are delivered promptly. We strive to ship out 90% of orders on the same day they are purchased, ensuring a speedy fulfillment process. Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days. We value your time and are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience from purchase to delivery.
  • What is your return & refund policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details at thesetshopp@gmail.com. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for worn or used merchandise. Please note that certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, are not eligible for return. Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.   • My order says delivered but I never received it. What do I do?
